When is Business Aviation Asia Forum & Expo (BAAFEx) 2027 and where will it be held?

BAAFEx will be held from 22 to 24 March 2027 at Changi Exhibition Centre, Singapore.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual. Inappropriate attire such as ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, or beach sandals will be denied access to the event, unless these form part of recognised national or corporate attire.

Who is eligible to attend the event?

Anyone from the business and general aviation trade are welcome to attend. The event will also be of interest to individuals and organisations who have interest in jet chartering or purchase of private jets.

What can I expect from the event?

BAAFEx brings together the entire business aviation ecosystem under one roof. Visitors can explore exhibits from leading aviation companies, view aircraft on static display, attend expert-led forum sessions, discover the latest industry innovations and network with professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region. Whether you are an aviation professional, aircraft owner, operator, investor, or industry enthusiast, BAAFEx provides valuable insights, connections, and business opportunities in the world of business aviation.

Where and when will the Static Aircraft Display be at?

Static Aircraft Display will be available on-site at Changi Exhibition Centre from 22 to 24 March 2027.

Do I need to register separately to visit the Static Aircraft Display?

No separate registration is required. The event pass will allow access to both in-hall and static aircraft display located at the Plaza.

Do I need to be aware of any prohibited items to bring to the event?

Yes, please refer to this link for the list of prohibited items at the event. Please note that all bags will be checked before entry into the exhibition premises as part of our security measures.

What should I do if I find a lost item at BAAFEx?

If you find a lost item, please hand it over to the Event Service Centre located within the exhibition hall. Our team will assist in logging and safekeeping the item.

What should I do if I lose an item at BAAFEx?

If you have lost an item during the event, please report it to the Event Service Centre as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in checking whether the item has been turned in and help with the recovery process.

Are pets allowed at the event?

No. Pets are not permitted within the event premises, except for trained assistance dogs (including guide dogs) accompanying persons with disabilities. Assistance dogs must remain under the control of their handlers at all times.

What is the event opening hours?

Attendees will only be permitted entry to the Exhibition Hall during the official opening hours. The event will be open from 10:00am to 5:00pm on 22 and 23 March 2027 (Monday and Tuesday), and from 10:00am to 4:00pm on 24 March 2027 (Wednesday). Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for registration, pass collection and security screening. Pass collection closes 30 minutes before show closes daily.

Is there a fee for Trade Visitor Registration?

No, Trade Visitor Registration is complimentary.

When does registration close?

Registration will remain open until 3:30pm on 24 March 2027.

What can I access with a Trade Visitor pass?

The Trade Visitor pass allows entry into the in-hall & static aircraft display as well as the Forum. Please note that passes are non-transferable. 

Who can I contact for registration-related enquiries?

I have completed my trade visitor registration however I didn’t not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have completed your Trade Visitor Registration but have not received a confirmation email, please send your enquiry to registration@baafex.com. To help us assist you more efficiently, kindly provide the name and email address used during registration. 

Is walk-in registration available?

Yes, walk-in registration is available. Trade Visitors may register online via the Trade Visitor Registration Form before arriving at the venue or complete their registration at the venue using their own mobile device.

I am registered for the event however I wish to transfer my registration to another person. Is that allowed?

Please note that event passes are non-transferable as we may conduct identity checks at random against identification documents such as passport, NRIC, driving license.

I need to amend the details shown on my registration, who should I approach?

If you need to change any details on your pass, please email your request to registration@baafex.com by 12 February 2027.

On-site Pass Collection

Can I request to print my pass in advance?

Pass collection will only be available on-site at the event premise. Operating hours of the pass collection counters will be reflected in the event admin email which will be sent to you one week before the event.

Where can I collect my Exhibitor Passes?

Exhibitors may collect their Exhibitor Pass prior to the event at the Registration counter. You may refer to the Online Exhibitor Manual for the Exhibitor check-in collection schedule.

When and where can passes be collected?

All passes are to be collected on-site at Changi Exhibition Centre during the event days from 22 to 24 March 2027 at the registration counters. Last pass collection is at 4:30pm on 22 and 23 March 2027 and 3:30pm on 24 March 2027.

What documents do I need to bring for pass collection?

Please bring along your confirmation email containing a QR code in your device and a valid photo ID (NRIC/Passport) and/or business card for verification.

Can someone collect my Trade Visitor Pass on my behalf?

No. Trade Visitor Passes are issued only to the registered attendee, who must be present in person for pass collection.

Admission

Is there a dress code policy?

The dress code is business casual. Inappropriate attire such as ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, or beach sandals will be denied access to the event, unless these form part of recognised national or corporate attire.

Are digital Trade Visitor Passes available at BAAFEx 2027?

No. Digital Trade Visitor Passes are not available. All visitors are required to print and collect their physical Trade Visitor Passes at the registration counters on-site. Only physical passes will be accepted for entry to the venue.

Is there an age restriction for attending the event?

Yes. Admission to the event is strictly limited to registered attendees aged 18 years and above. Individuals under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry, unless attendance is approved and coordinated through an official event programme.

Is photography and/or videography allowed on the show floor?

Yes, photography and/or videography are generally permitted. However, some exhibitors may prohibit photography and/or videography at their booths and/or aircraft on display. Trade Visitors are kindly requested to respect all "No Photography" signs and follow any restrictions imposed by exhibitors.

Can trade visitors bring children to the event?

No, admission to the event is strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, re-entry is permitted with a valid admission pass. Please note that all visitors re-entering the venue will be subject to bag checks and security screening as part of the event's security protocols.

What should I do if I lose my Trade Visitor Pass?

If your Trade Visitor Pass is lost or misplaced, a replacement pass may be issued at the registration counters upon payment of a S$25 replacement fee.

Forum

Where can I find the Forum programme?

The latest Forum programme is available on our website. Please refer to the website for the most up-to-date information.

Who is eligible to attend the Forum?

The Forum is available to all registered attendees. If you have yet to register yourself, you may do so via this link to register as a Trade Visitor.

Where will the Forum take place?

The Forum will take place at The Stage, within the indoor exhibition.

Are the sessions available online after the forum as I need to leave early?

There is currently no plan for on-demand content however any updates to the plan will be announced on BAAFEx LinkedIn. Please follow us on LinkedIn for the latest updates.

Will there be any interpretation services available?

No, interpretation services will not be available.

Exhibitors

Where can I find important deadlines in preparations for my exhibition participation?

All submission deadlines are listed in the Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) portal. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to submit all required forms before the stated deadlines to avoid delays and ensure smooth processing.

I am an exhibitor and I am unable to log in to the Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) portal. What should I do?

Please request for assistance by emailing operations@baafex.com.

Business Matching Platform

How do I know if I am eligible to access the platform?

The Business Matching Platform will be made available to all registrants, unless registrant has opted out of the Business Matching solution during registration.

How do I access the Business Matching Platform?

You will receive an email with login instructions prior to the event. If you did not receive an email containing your login credentials, please reach out to us at businessmatching@baafex.com.

Where can I find the list of exhibitors?

With access to the Business Matching Platform, you will be able to view the exhibitor listing on the platform and make requests for meetings before you arrive at the event venue. Also, exhibitors can reach out to you to schedule meetings. On-site meeting spaces will be available at the Meeting Lounge for you to conduct your pre-scheduled meetings.

If I have opted out during registration but have a change in mind, how can I gain access to the platform?

To have a change in your preference for access to the Business Matching Platform, you may email businessmatching@baafex.com.

Who should I reach out to if I require assistance on the Business Matching Platform?

You may click on the icon at the bottom right corner on this website for a self-service FAQ or reach out to us at businessmatching@baafex.com. Alternatively, if you are on-site, you may visit the Meeting Lounge and approach the staff for assistance.

Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting once it is confirmed?

Yes, meetings can be rescheduled or cancelled through the Business Matching Platform. Exhibitors and trade visitors are advised to update changes promptly.

Is there a fee to use the Business Matching Platform?

No, the Business Matching Platform is provided as a complimentary feature to all exhibitors and opted-in trade visitors.

Is there an event mobile application for BAAFEx 2027?

Yes, the official event mobile app will be available on the App Store and Google Play, beginning in February 2027. More information will be sent to registered visitors closer to the event.

What can I do with the event mobile application?

The mobile app is designed to help attendees make the most of their event experience. Prior to the event, users can browse the programme, personalise their agenda and schedule meetings with other participants. During the event, the app provides convenient access to venue information, helps attendees keep track of their meetings and bookmarked sessions, and enables real-time updates throughout the event.

Static Aircraft Display

Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?

The Static Aircraft Display Area is located at the Plaza, directly outside the indoor Exhibition Hall.

Which aircraft(s) will be on Static Aircraft Display?

The list of aircraft on static aircraft display will be published in early 2027. Please visit our website or follow us on LinkedIn for the latest updates.

Can attendees board the aircraft on Static Aircraft Display?

Aircraft boarding is strictly by invitation or at the discretion of the aircraft owner or operator. Please note that not all aircrafts on display will be open for attendee access.

Are photography and videography allowed at the Static Aircraft Display?

Photography and videography are generally permitted at the Static Aircraft Display. However, attendees are requested to respect any guidelines, restrictions, or "No Photography" notices imposed by exhibitors and aircraft operators.

Media

I represent a media outlet. How can I apply for a Media pass?

Media will have to submit their media accreditation application through the BAAFEx website by clicking here. Please note that all accreditation applications are subject to approval. Media personnel may contact pr@baafex.com for enquiries.

Travelling to Singapore

Do attendees need to apply for a visa to enter Singapore?

To find out if a visa is required, attendees may refer to the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority of Singapore (ICA) website at www.ica.gov.sg.

Who do I contact if I require an official invitation letter for my visa application?

If you need an official invitation letter to support your visa application, please submit your request to registration@baafex.com by 12 February 2027. To ensure sufficient processing time, registrants are strongly encouraged to submit their requests before the deadline. Requests received after 12 February 2027 may not be accommodated.

Are there any official travel and accommodation arrangements or recommendations for attendees?

What is Experia Hospitality Services (EHS)?

EHS, by Experia Events, delivers hospitality services for the BAAFEx through a one-stop platform covering accommodation, airport transfers, dining and leisure activities.

Who can use EHS services?

All BAAFEx exhibitors and visitors are eligible to book and use EHS services.

Are group bookings available through EHS?

Yes, EHS can assist with group bookings for hotels, transport and curated experiences. Please contact ehs@experiaevents.com for more information.

What type of services does EHS provide?

EHS provides airport meet and greet services, transfers, hotel and accommodation bookings, daily event transportation, business dining and meeting coordination as well as curated local tours and experiences. Please contact ehs@experiaevents.com for more information.

Getting There and Parking

Where is the event held?

The event is held at Changi Exhibition Centre, 9 Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498760. GPS Coordinates: 1.364025,104.022153

How can I get to the event?

Visitors may travel to the event by private vehicle, taxi/private-hire service, or by using the complimentary shuttle service operating between Expo MRT Station and Changi Exhibition Centre according to the published schedule. Where can I park my car at the event?

There is complimentary parking at the General Car Park within the event premise, on a first-come-first-served basis. To park your car, please enter via Gate 2.  Please click here for more information on directions to Changi Exhibition Centre.

Can I reach the event by taxi or private hire?

Yes. You may enter “Changi Exhibition Centre” as the location and select “Exhibition Hall (FD6)” as your destination. Please inform the driver to enter the premises through Gate 4.

I have a VIP vehicle label. Which gate should I use to enter and where should I park?

With a VIP vehicle label displayed on your windscreen, you may enter from Gate 3 and follow the signs that lead you to VIP Parking lots.

Are there Shuttle Bus services available?

Yes, complimentary shuttle buses will be provided from Expo MRT Station to Changi Exhibition Centre for badged attendees. Please click here for more information.

On-site Facilities and Amenities

Where can I hold meetings during the event?

If you have pre-scheduled meetings during the event, a table will be assigned to you in the Meeting Lounge. Details of your meeting schedule and assigned table can be found on the Business Matching Platform.

For ad-hoc meetings, you may approach the Meeting Lounge team to check for available tables. Please note that table allocation is subject to availability, with priority given to pre-scheduled meetings.

Alternatively, you may use the Networking Lounge for informal discussions, subject to the purchase of food and beverages.

What food and beverage (F&B) options are available at the event?

A Cafeteria will be available on-site, offering a selection of grab-and-go food and beverage options for purchase. The Cafeteria menu will be halal-certified and will include vegetarian options. In addition, visitors may purchase food and beverages from a curated menu at the Networking Lounge.

For those seeking additional dining options outside the venue, Changi Village Hawker Centre is the nearest food destination and offers a wide variety of local food and beverage choices.

Are meals included with the Trade Visitor pass?

No, meals are not included. Food and beverages are available for purchase at on-site.

Are attendees allowed to bring their own food and drinks to the show site?

Yes. However, attendees are reminded to dispose of their rubbish in the bins provided on-site. Let’s work together to keep the BAAFEx clean.

Are there any water dispensers available?

Yes, you may find them near the entrances of the event, after security screening counters.

Is there a prayer room on-site?

Yes, a prayer room is available on-site. Please refer to the floorplan on-site for exact location.

Is complimentary Wi-Fi available on-site?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the venue. Once on-site, enable Wi-Fi on your device and select the "CEC WIFI" network to connect.

Please note that the Wi-Fi network name and connection details will also be available on-site.

Is the event site wheelchair friendly?

Yes, the event site is wheelchair accessible, and visitors with mobility needs will be able to access the event site comfortably. If you require additional assistance during your visit, please approach the Registration Counter on-site upon arrival.

Are active mobility devices allowed at the event?

Motorised and non-motorised devices, including but not limited to, power-assisted bicycles, motorised scooters, hoverboards, scooters, skateboards, kick-scooters, mobility scooters are not permitted.

Are there ATMs at the event?

There are no ATMs available at the event venue. Attendees are advised to bring sufficient cash if they anticipate needing it during their visit. Please note that some vendors may accept cashless payment methods, but availability may vary.

Is smoking allowed at the show site?

Yes, but only within the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the floorplan on-site for exact location.

Attendees are reminded that the purchase, possession, or use of e-vaporisers (including related products) is illegal in Singapore. Offenders may face fines or prosecution. Attendees found with e-vaporisers, including those containing prohibited substances such as etomidate (“K-pods”), may be refused entry or banned from re-entry into Singapore. Is baggage storage available at BAAFEx?

A Cloakroom is available on-site for visitors to store bags and personal belongings, located after security screening counters. Please refer to the on-site floor plan for directions to the Cloakroom.

Programme

Is the Exhibition Opening Ceremony open to everyone on 22 March 2027?

Yes, all valid pass holders may join us for the Opening Ceremony happening at 10:00am at The Stage.

Is the Welcome Lunch open to everyone on 22 March 2027?

No, this is a by-invitation standing buffet lunch (at Touchdown Bites).

Who is eligible to attend the Official Opening Party?

Attendance at the Official Opening Party is by invitation only.

Are there any transfers provided to the Official Opening Party?

Yes. Complimentary shuttle buses will run from Changi Exhibition Centre to the Official Opening Party venue from 5:45pm to 6:30pm, at 15-minute intervals. Shuttle timings are subject to change, and invited guests will be notified accordingly.
